Immunoglobulin database workshop: Prospero House, January 22nd, 2010

The introduction of the National Immunoglobulin Database has been a key step in the implementation of the Department of Health Demand Management Programme for Immunoglobulin. More than one hundred people attended the immunoglobulin database workshop in Jan 2010 to learn about the findings from the first report from the National Immunoglobulin Database. This e-learning resource provides the content of the lectures from the meeting.

Immunoglobulin launch seminar: King’s Fund, May 30th, 2008

There has been considerable progress in the implementation of the Department of Health Demand Management Programme in 2008. More than one hundred interested parties including health commissioners, prescribers, patient groups and representatives from Royal Colleges attended the immunoglobulin launch seminar in May 2008 to learn about the revised Clinical Guidelines and Demand Management Plan and to be updated on the National Database and Model Commissioning Policy for immunoglobulin. This e-learning resource provides the content of the lectures and workshops from the meeting.

National IVIG meeting: Royal College of Physicians, June 4th, 2007

An immunoglobulin expert group was formed in August 2006 by DH to formulate the Demand Management Plan. The group members, including hospital pharmacists, specialist clinical users and members of DH, consulted widely with other stakeholders including commissioners, prescribers, patient groups and medical colleagues. One hundred and fifty interested parties attended the National IVIg Meeting in June 2007. This e-learning resource provides the content of the lectures and workshops from the meeting.
